  • Our Manufacturing & Optometry Partners: Third-party laboratories or dispensing opticians who need your prescription (Special Category Data) to accurately manufacture and verify your spectacles.

  • Service Providers: IT and system administration services, payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and professional advisers (e.g., lawyers, accountants).

  • Delivery and Logistics Partners: Courier and postal services (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) who need your Identity and Contact Data for delivery.

  • Regulators and Authorities: The ICO, HMRC, or other regulators where we are legally required to report processing activities.

 

5. International Transfers

We are based in the UK, but some of our external third parties (such as some IT service providers) may be based outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK/EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by implementing at least one of the following safeguards:
